To use a confetti popper, peel off and discard the plastic seal, then remove the cap. Hold popper in one hand while using the palm of your other hand to push the stick in an upward motion, volleyball serve style, to release the confetti. {View them in action here!} (Popper containers are reusable and can be refilled!) Poppers measure about 7” tall by about 2” in circumference.
