Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are completely based on the shipping method you select during the checkout process. When you are in checkout, shipping prices are calculated by what items are in your cart and the weights and dimensions associated with those items. Those metrics will be used to calculate rates from the shipping carriers and prices will be listed as they are downloaded from those providers directly. What prices that are offered to you at checkout are the prices given directly by those shipping providers at the time of checkout (E.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).

Note: Our free shipping option has no guaranteed transit time. If you prefer an expedited shipping method, you can upgrade your order (w/ associated costs) at checkout. 

Shipping times are also subject to the shipping method selected and the carrier's discretion of that shipping type. Please refer to your carrier's website to get an idea of shipping times as this is something we cannot control. Shipping times are completely independent of our manufacturing timeframes and shipping times should be added on top of our manufacturing times. (E.x.: If you make a custom confetti order and we estimate it to take two weeks to create, whatever shipping method you select will add additional time on top of those two weeks.) Any rush fees we apply to your order at your request are only applied to the manufacturing time and not the shipping time. So, if you need a custom order in a hurry and are granted a rush order, remember to pick a shipping method that can similarly rush your order to you once it leaves our hands. The Confetti Bar will not be responsible for packages not arriving on or before a particular date if you select a slower-transit shipping method (E.x. First Class Mail, Free shipping, etc.).

The policy mentioned above for shipping times and rates also apply to international orders. Just as we have no control over shipping times and rates for carriers, we have even less control for items that ship internationally. Because our system processes customs paperwork at the time of shipment, costs given to us upfront by selected carriers when the label is made are covered in your shipping costs. However, we are not responsible for additional, unforeseen fees, duties, and taxes and are sole responsibility of the recipient.
