Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! Orders $75+ shipped within the United States will include free standard shipping. (Orders must be placed direct through our website for free shipping to apply. Excludes international orders and specialty/invoiced orders, plus expedited shipping methods.) 


Q: How long do custom orders take?

A: Our standard lead time for custom order production is about 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) minimum, depending on order size & style. This is before shipping time, so please plan accordingly. We do our best to meet deadlines, but if you need something sooner than 15+ business days out, please email us prior to placing your order. 


Q: How will my order ship & how long will it take to get to me?

A: How your order ships and how long it will take to arrive will be dependent on what the product is and which options you select at checkout.

The majority of US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (est. 3-5 days) or Priority Mail (est. 1-3 days, includes up to $50.00 insurance). Most orders will leave our hands within 10 business days (unless it is fulfilled by one of our manufacturing partners). If you need a rush shipment, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will do all we can to make it happen and charge accordingly. If you choose an express mail option, please note it still may take normal time to process the order before it ships — only the transit time will be expedited.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, most international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International or First-Class Mail International. **Please note that tracking is not available for lower priced shipping options and shipping times will vary depending upon location. Any extra customs fees, tariffs, or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit, but if you want to purchase additional shipping insurance or use a faster method, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We are proud to say we can cover the whole world in confetti & color by offering international shipping! (Just keep in mind - unless otherwise noted - all pricing on the site is generally listed in USD.)

Special Note: We do have a few select products that only ship within the United States; please contact us if you are having trouble purchasing something internationally. Another that may pose a problem to ship internationally is our biodegradable Sproutfetti – we can ship freely throughout North America, but other countries may have additional requirements or fees to import shipments containing wildflower seeds.


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Typically all sales are final. (Unless of course we sent you the wrong item or something of that nature.) For more information, please read our full Return Policy.


Q: How will my payment be processed?

A: All orders are processed with a credit card through a secure processor on our site.


Q: Can I use confetti outside?

A: Please only use confetti marked as biodegradable outside. Always party responsibly. <3
